Registered users, primary email addresses aliases, Public folders and distribution lists can all be imported directly from Active Directory or added manually. Ensuring your Maildistiller Management hierarchy resembles the internal structure of each client’s own Microsoft Active Directory deployment
Partners can manage user provisioning through the Maildistiller Partner console with three options. Users and groups can be imported in bulk from a CSV file or they can be managed much more intelligently via our LDAP or SMTP discovery modules. Importing directly from a clients remote Active Directory can be done without any detailed understanding of Active Directory schemas.
If your client is unable to grant access to their LDAP server, this is also not a problem. SMTP discovery enables the service to detect real email addresses being used by clients and generate activation email reports which are sent to administrators enabling easy user management.
Deliver branding and marketing messages as part of each email processed by the system. Disclaimers can be managed by partners to include images and text.
All Maildistiller generated system reports can also include partner logo’s, ensuring your brand is reinforced on a daily basis.
