End User

User Console

Individual user access can be granted to facilitate end-users with the ability to search and create rules & policies to manage their own filter experience.

This simple to use end user console offers a safe environment to view quarantine information and release emails that do not contain malicious material.

Email Logs

Users are free to search the email logs for up to 30 days. Content will include Inbound & Outbound email’s where they are the sender or recipient – this also includes alias addresses imported from Active Directory or added manually.

The email logs search returns the status of a message and can deliver a detailed overview of the message.

Emails can be reported as Spam, released from quarantine or detected as delivered to the intended destination.

User Quarantine Report

The quarantine area is summarised in a HTML summary report on a scheduled basis and send to each end user.

The report only contains new information so that we are not presenting users with the same information on each report run.

From within the report, users have the ability to release messages or to create whitelist rules so that messages from a particular sender are not marked as potential spam in future.

Individual Spam filter settings

One persons spam can be another persons email. So if a user believes that there is still spam reaching their inbox or alternatively if they believe too many emails are being detected as spam and being quarantined, Maildistiller allows the user to set their individual spam sensitivity level. This will not effect the remainder of the company nor cause any danger to their own user environment.

Email Policy Enforcement

Users have the ability to create Allow and Block rules for their individual accounts as long as those rules do not contradict any rules created for them by a system administrator. Rules can be created and prioritised to deliver the most unobtrusive but yet powerful filter on the market today.
