Domain Management

Manage unlimited domains via the Maildistiller administrator console. Each domain can be managed independently or as a group. Administrators have the ability to define single destination or failover for delivery. Supporting instant disaster recovery detection and activation.

Single & User Email Logs

As an administrator you can query the Email logs of a single user, Group of users or your entire organisation. You will be able monitor Spam, Virus, Clean email inbound and outbound. As administrator you will also have the ability to monitor and query the status of a message in transit to its destination. A task as you will know which is difficult to achieve with other solutions

Individual Spam filter settings

Administrators have the ability to manage each user as they see fit. While most users of the Maildistiller email filtering platform will experience highly accurate scanning performance you may have a very small number that are not happy with their filter performance, uniquely with Maildistiller you are free to adjust the engines sensitivity to meet the need of the user – without effecting any other user on the system – fully meet your users expectations

User Provisioning

Users can be imported from Active Directory or other LDAP compliant directory without the need for a client side agent. Security groups user detail’s email address, aliases, distribution groups and public folders are all imported automatically and made very simple to manage via the administrator console.

Don’t want Maildistiller to connect to your Active Directory – No problem, SMTP discovery will auto-provision users based on clean email traffic coming from and successfully delivered to your organisation. Backed up with practical workflow and notifications that minimize any user provisioning management tasks.

Email Policy Enforcement

Create email filtering rules that apply to individual users, Groups imported from Active directory or rules for everybody in the organisations. The rules can apply to entire domains, subdomains or specific email addresses.

If the company want to block all emails from example.com then this is possible, if they want the management department not to be affected by this rule then this is also supported. if you also have the need to allow only one of your users to receive emails from one.user@example.com then this is also possible with our highly flexible email policy enforcement engines.
