Importing directly from a clients remote Active Directory can be done without any detailed understanding of Active Directory schemas.

If your client is unable to grant access to their LDAP server, this is also not a problem. SMTP discovery enables the service to detect real email addresses being used by clients and generate activation email reports which are sent to administrators enabling easy user management.
